Suprabhat Chatterjee

As the Chief Executive Officer, Suprabhat Chatterjee defines the road map for strategic initiatives and service innovations at Xperio. He is a startup specialist with expertise in conceptualizing a business, managing operations, formulating and executing strategies.
Prior to joining Xperio, he was leading the solution strategy, business development and sales for Smart+ Connected Communities and Physical Safety & Security business for Cisco India & SAARC.

Suprabhat joined Cisco in 1998 and started operations in Kolkata overseeing the entire business in Eastern India and SAARC countries across Service Provider, Enterprise and Commercial line of businesses. He scaled the revenue six times in six years and developed Sri Lanka and Bangladesh into important markets for Cisco.
He also led the Business Development for India Enterprise and Commercial and was instrumental in implementing strategies and initiatives for growth in the Financial Services, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Education, Retail, Infrastructure and Real Estate industry verticals.
Before joining Cisco, Suprabhat had spent 8 years in various capacities in HCL Infosystems including starting the networking business across India with complete P & L responsibility. He started his career with CDIL in R&D in their Telematics division in 1988.
Suprabhat is a BE, Electronics & Communications Engineering with over 23 years of experience in R&D, Post-sales Support, Product Management, Sales, Marketing, Operations and Business Development.
